  6. Mantra Japa: Repetition of sacred mantras or chants. This can help in increasing concentration and bringing about transformation.

  7. Diet and Lifestyle: A sattvic (pure) diet and lifestyle that includes wholesome and fresh foods, as well as living in harmony with nature and others, is recommended for those practicing Yog Sadhana.

  8. Swadhyaya (Self-study): It's a study of sacred scriptures and oneself. Through swadhyaya, one can attain deeper insights into the nature of existence and self.
